Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

• Shipping & Delivery

• We have several warehouses that we may ship from.  The ship from location will be noted on the individual auctions.  We will try our best to ship from the location stated but reserve the right to ship from the location we choose.  We have warehouses located in Canada and the USA.

  Approximately 5 business days for delivery (from the date the payment is received / cleared)  On occasion an item can take up to 5 days to ship and if this causes a problem for you, please do not bid or buy this item.  We make No Guarantees to this time frame.    

  We ship 5 days a week Monday – Friday (Excluding holidays and weekends).  Items will be shipped promptly upon payment.  If the payment is through eCheck, it will take several more days for the payment to clear. 

  A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you when the item(s) ships.  If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at toyzandgadgetz@yahoo.com . 

   Multiple items purchased within 3 days may be combined to save on shipping.  Please contact us if you are planning to buy within the 3 days for combined shipping.

  We can and do ship to almost any PO Box or APO location.   This can and most often does delay the item’s arrival by up to 7 additional days.

  If you are not shipped the correct item/ it must be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of shipment. Incorrect items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. The item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled/ marked/ or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization. If the item is returned within the 7 day return window and the reason for return is verified/ a credit or a replacement will be issued to the buyer.
  

  We strongly believe in customer satisfaction.  If you are unhappy / unsatisfied with the product for any reason, please contact us.  The item can be returned within 7 days.  The item must be returned to us in the original condition as the item was sold including all accessories, if applicable less shipping fee.

• We are all about customer service. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us. We offer a 7 day return policy. All returned items must be in original undamaged sellable condition with all applicable accessories. Original purchase price will be refunded upon inspection less shipping.
